Description
The grapes from this unique 2400 foot elevation vineyard, with its red volcanic soils and close proximity to the Pacific Ocean and its cool, caressing sea breezes, consistently produce Cabernet Sauvignon wines of great depth, classic flavor, dark, intense color and nuanced tannins, with the poten-tial for lengthy bottle aging. We produce this wine in the tradition of the Chateaus on Bordeaux’ “Left Bank” employing extended barrel aging to deliver a mellow, sublime and complex wine.
