Description
Sangiovese, the pre-eminent grape of the delightful red wines of Italy’s Tuscany region, can also be utilized for the production of charming and versatile Rose′ wines. Using a cold pre-soak followed by pressing and a typical low-temperature white wine fermentation, we produced this lightly pink, near-dry, delicately scented and flavored Rose′ wine, very much in the dryer, food-friendly European style. Excellent with a wide range of foods, and a great summer sipper.
